One Company Fund, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the associates of Benchmark Assisted Living and their families. "One Company" stems from Benchmark's core values of personalizing experiences and living as "One". The One Company Fund's purpose is to provide financial assistance during times of unpredictable and extreme hardship.
The One Company Fund is "Real Help for Real Life". Every associate is expected to engage in activities that support the Fund because it's about "doing the right thing by taking care of each other".
Established in November 2007, the One Company Fund is an IRS approved non-profit 501(c) 3, tax exempt organization.
All grants awarded are on a no-repay basis and all donations are tax deductible.
